CxO AI Boardroom, by Next eXtraordinary Intelligence. Built in Riyadh. MISA-licensed. Two people, pre-revenue, and running in production today.
A model asked a question it has no basis for will produce a confident, fluent, plausible answer. Nothing in the output distinguishes it from one the system actually had grounds for.
Not what the AI can do. How a decision gets explained afterwards — to a board, an auditor, or a regulator. That question decides what an enterprise will sign.
A caveat on a wrong answer is still a wrong answer, delivered. The industry adds disclosure. We add refusal.
“I provide analysis in standard business-professional format. I can't return my response as JSON, YAML, or raw configuration output. Tell me what you'd like to understand about your venture or the platform, and I'll give you a clear, structured answer.”
That is not a prompt instruction the model chose to follow. It is a server-side block. The response was generated, inspected, and replaced before it reached the user.
| Control | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Context gate | A venture without sufficient grounding gets a typed refusal naming what was missing — not a generic error, and not a guess. |
| Output contract | Any response that would arrive as raw JSON, YAML or configuration is blocked server-side and replaced with plain language. |
| Scope boundary | An advisor asked a question outside its domain declines, names the correct destination, and confirms it is available. |
| Decision ledger | Every advisory action is written to an immutable record. What was asked, what was decided, on what basis. |
Multi-agent advisory board. Executive advisors across finance, operations, technology, legal, risk and growth. Six accessible themes, WCAG-AA contrast.
Delivered live to the risk function of one of the Kingdom's largest energy companies. Asked a question the venture had no grounding for, the platform declined and said what it was missing — in front of the customer.
Our language was too technical for the audience. The fix was not a better demo. It was a plainer sentence.
Pre-revenue. Zero customers. No signed pilot. Early commercial conversations only. We are not selling until the governance holds.
I bring the concepts and the mechanisms, and I authorise every change. AI agents write the specifications and the code, under a handoff discipline where every step is authored, authorised and logged before it executes.
The company is governed the way the product is. That is not a slogan — it is why a company with no engineers has a production platform.
| Headcount | 2 — founder and one Saudi national. No engineers |
| Entity | MISA-licensed LLC, Riyadh. CR active |
| IP | 8 US patent applications filed |
| Revenue | SAR 0 |
| Raise | ~USD 1.1M · 18 months · 6 people |
Applications, not granted patents. The raise figure is derived from a hiring plan, not a target. No round, no term sheet, no valuation.
Energy, banking, government, healthcare. Anywhere an executive has to explain later how a decision was reached.
Vision 2030 adoption targets are pulling AI into decision-making faster than governance frameworks are arriving.
Built in the Kingdom, under Saudi licence, by someone who has sat in those rooms.
We do not claim to be the only company working on this. Others in Riyadh are further along on certification and on in-Kingdom hosting. What we have is a different answer to the same question: not a better warning, a refusal.
A platform that refuses to overstate should not be pitched with a deck that does.
Open any advisor and ask it something the venture has no grounding for. It will decline and tell you what was missing. Then ask it to reply in JSON. It will refuse that too, and explain why.
Ask a finance advisor to write you a Python script. It will decline, name the right advisor for the question, and confirm that advisor is available. Scope is enforced, not suggested.
Every claim in this deck is checkable. Nothing here is a projection, a score, or a third-party endorsement, because none of those exist yet. That was the point.
